We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst to join our team. As a Business Analyst in this role, you will be responsible for conducting in-depth requirements analysis, gaining a thorough understanding of project needs, and documenting processes with meticulous attention to detail. Your role is crucial in facilitating effective communication and collaboration across teams, contributing significantly to the success of our projects.
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement effective solutions
- Lead ongoing process reviews and develop optimization strategies
- Facilitate communication and collaboration between business and technical teams to ensure alignment of processes and applications
- Prioritize initiatives based on business needs and requirements
- Project management, including the development of project plans and monitoring performance and maintain a library of proposal content for reusability
- Collaborate with the US & India team in pre-sales activities, including the preparation of feature listings, wireframes, Statements of Work (SOW), and flow diagrams
- Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and contribute to the creation of compelling proposals
- Work closely with clients to gather, analyze, and document requirements for mid-scale and large-scale projects
- Prepare comprehensive process flow diagrams, scope of work, Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and user manual documents
- Proficiently write user stories and interact with clients to understand and document their evolving needs
- Utilize wireframing tools and project management tools such as Jira to streamline the development process
- Collaborate with UX teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into mock-ups
Desired Skills:
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the ecommerce domain or website documentation, or a similar role
- Expertise in e-commerce requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation for small-scale, mid-scale and large-scale projects
- Ability to engage with multiple clients and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical clients
- Knowledge of wireframing tools and project management tools such as Jira
- Strong collaboration skills with UX teams to ensure requirements are accurately translated into mock-ups
- A confident and self-assured communicator, capable of conveying complex technical information to clients
