We’re looking for an experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. As a Project Manager, your primary role will be to oversee and coordinate various projects, ensuring successful delivery while meeting client needs, deadlines, and project requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor project details, timelines, and commitments. Handle changes and mitigate potential risks through effective planning
  • Collaborate with team members to distribute workloads efficiently, ensuring the right skills are utilized for each task
  • Engage and allocate resources throughout the project lifecycle to ensure successful outcomes
  • Coordinate with the internal development team and efficiently manage project documentation
  • Develop internal project documentation, including the scope of work, proposals, and basic flowcharts
  • Continuously evaluate existing processes, offer insights, and suggest improvements as needed
  • Adapt to and manage changes effectively to achieve project goals
  • Foster effective communication between the India team, the US team, and clients to prioritize tasks and ensure clear project assignments
  • Maintain open lines of communication with team members, senior management, the US team, and clients through routine status reports and meetings
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, provide regular progress updates to clients, and promptly address any arising issues
  • Regularly assess project health and take necessary actions to ensure project success

Desired Skills:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a Project Manager or similar role, with experience in e-commerce project management (WordPress, Shopify, WooCommerce)
  • Proven ability to create detailed reports and deliver effective presentations to clients at various levels
  • Maintain an active role in client interaction, facilitating team and client meetings, and ensuring clear communication of project-related information to leadership
  • Able to provide solutions to clients and ask relevant questions during calls
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and interact with various clients simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are vital for effective project coordination
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding practical and innovative solutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is a plus
